func2tal-sess -res 4 -analysis <analysis> -sf <sessid> -df sesspar
isxavg-fe-sess -analysis <analysisname> -group <groupname> -space <spacename> -spacedir sphsm<XX> -sf <subjectfilename> -d <directory>
stxgrinder-sess -analysis <analysisname> -s <groupname> -space <spacename> -contrast <1v2>
Note that you should not include all the group members on the stxgrinder-sess command-line, only the name of the group as if it were an individual.
Repeat stxgrinder-sess for all contrasts.
Assign the name of the group analysis with the <group> parameter. If the analysis is in TalairachSpace then <space> = tal. If the analysis is in SphericalSpace, then <space> = sph, and -spacedir must be specified from FsFastSphericalSmooth (sphsmooth-sess).
