Allen Brain Atlas - human data
In the following you can find FreeSurfer recons constructed with v5.3 and soon also v6 of six (H0351.1009 ,H0351.1012 ,H0351.1015 ,H0351.1016 ,H0351.2001 ,H0351.2002) T1-weighted MRI scans that are part of the human Allen brain atlas. The recons were manually edited by LCN collaborators Vincent Beliveau and Melanie Ganz in order to get good surface reconstructions.
