Brain hemisphere (r-right, l-left)

Thickness file name

Required Flagged Arguments

-max <max>

Maximum threshold for thickness measurements (default=5mm)

Description

This program measures the thickness of the cortical surface and writes the resulting measurement into a 'curvature' file <thickness file>.
