== Cortical Ribbon Mask (-<no>cortribbon) ==

Creates binary volume masks of the cortical ribbon, ie, each voxel is
either a 1 or 0 depending upon whether it falls in the ribbon or not.
Saved as ?h.ribbon.mgz.  Uses mgz regardless of whether the -mgz
option is used.  The -autorecon2 stage ends here.
