Scuba is a visualization program in the FreeSurfer package. It is meant for merging 2D volume and 3D surface visualization. It is still in early development and only available in the FreeSurferDev evironment. Scuba displays single or multiple volumes of any dimension or voxel size in real world scanner space, with or without registration transformations. It provides tools for: * Creating ROIs with drawing tools or based on anatomical details * Specifying anatomical markers * Creating and editing segmentation volumes, allowing the user to manually draw or automatically fill structures * Creating ROIs based on histograms * Overlaying 3D surfaces onto 2D anatomical views * Drawing lines based on anatomical features to demark ROIs and segmentation structures * Overlaying functional data and use it to demark ROIs and segmentation structures See * ScubaGuide * [[scuba]] * ScubaFeatureComparison
