I've attached the script I use to get blue surfaces, a purple cursor, a specific segmentation opacity, and a specific zoom. I've also attached a file with a list of aliases I use. Within that list, you can find the tkmedit command to call this script. (The aliases need to be saved in a ~/.alias).
